Combi Boilers are now a really popular type of heating solution. They provide hot water on demand, by heating the water before it runs to your tap. They're ideal for new build properties, as you don't need to make space for hot water storage in an airing cupboard. This means that you can save energy, as a hot water cylinder has to re-heat water once is falls below a certain temperature. Apart from new build properties, considering a combi boiler is ideal if you're planning on replacing both your boiler and your central heating radiators, as you're likely to need new pipework anyway.
If your gas safe registered heating installer advises you that your water pressure is good enough, we would recommend a condensing combi boiler.
